Neuchâtel's Treasures

From 1 to 30 November 2026, La Table du Palafitte celebrates the wines of the canton of Neuchâtel with a selection of 18 “hidden gems” available by the glass. Our sommeliers have carefully curated this selection to showcase the richness and diversity of the Neuchâtel appellation, representing all of its grape varieties.

From the shores of the lake to the hillside vineyards, let yourself be guided through a selection of white and red wines, Œil-de-Perdrix, sparkling and sweet wines, reflecting the richness of Neuchâtel’s terroirs. An invitation to discover, glass by glass, the estates and wines that are a true source of pride for the canton’s wine region.
