Join Chef Ludovic Pigeat and his brigade at "La Table du Palafitte" for a culinary feast of emotions. The meticulous presentation of the starters and the long finish of the dishes offer a map of the Chef's career in the Parisian Palaces. The exceptional setting will also win you over, day or night, when the sky merges with the waters of Lake Neuchâtel and its falling light bathes the dining room or terrace in a unique atmosphere.

At lunchtime, the 52-minute menu of the day changes weekly and is available from Monday to Friday.

Bread and pastries are available as much as you like on our buffet, alongside our range of salads, carpaccios, smoked fish, local cold meats, cold soups, verrines, homemade cakes and pancakes, as well as our cheese platter. These gourmet offerings are followed by our hot menu, which includes meat, fish, vegetables and starchy foods, as well as the breakfast staples of scrambled eggs and bacon. The dessert buffet is the perfect end to this festival of flavours, sure to delight the palates of all gourmets.
