Summer Bay - The waterfront terrace
This "feet in the water" terrace is the region's favourite spot from May to September. It borders Lake Neuchâtel and enjoys a magnificent view.
The "beach club & tropics" spirit will be present at the Palafitte all summer long with a cocktail menu created by our head barman. In addition to the pleasure of an aperitif or a small shared snack, you can enjoy our stand-up paddling boards.
