Le Summer Bay - Waterfront Happiness
From May to October, the exterior deck of the Palafitte hotel is extended with a terrace arranged with plush sofas and soft lounge chairs. Just above the water and facing the floating pontoon, this lovely space evokes a chic beach club in the tropics or the trendiest spots in the Mediterranean.
Beneath a parasol or in the sunshine, you can enjoy a fine selection of tapas and snacks, from noon to 10 p.m., accompanied by ice-cold drinks, from our “swimming pool rosé” to sparkling wine in an ice bucket, to a dozen cocktails and five mocktails curated by our bartenders.
And to enhance these moments of summer fun, there’s swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking or snorkeling.
