Named after the final basket of grapes brought to the press, La Paulée is the traditional meal that marks the end of the grape harvest.
For the third time, Hôtel Palafitte, nestled in the heart of the Neuchâtel vineyards, and its restaurant — where local wines are the stars of the menu — are reviving this festive event by hosting their Paulée. The evening will feature a specially designed menu by Chef Ludovic Pigeat, who excels in elevating seasonal ingredients from our local terroir.
During the aperitif and dinner, some of the region’s finest winemakers will be present to open and share a selection of their most remarkable bottles with the evening’s guests. It’s the perfect opportunity to taste outstanding wines and learn more about the fascinating craft of winemaking — all while enjoying a delicious meal with rich autumnal flavors.
Each winemaker will bring, for the occasion, a white wine, a red wine, and an aged vintage from their personal cellar.
Between 30 and 40 wines will be available for tasting, making this Paulée an exceptional experience — generous, rare, and truly memorable.
