His generous, elegant cuisine highlights French gastronomy, while allowing himself to be inspired by Neuchâtel's terroir.
This gourmet escapade, from starter to dessert, echoes the exceptional setting of La Table du Palafitte.
Day or night, the sky merges with the waters of Lake Neuchâtel, and its falling light casts a unique atmosphere over the dining room or terrace.
A culinary journey on the lake
At the Table du Palafitte, every moment of the day is an opportunity to enjoy dishes in an exceptional setting.
At lunchtime, explore the à la carte menu or choose the weekly menu, served from Monday to Saturday, offering a delightful break in under an hour. In the evening, the à la carte menu is also available, along with the degustation menu, for a unique gastronomic experience. And on Sundays, nothing beats a convivial brunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, where a selection of local dishes, accompanied by champagne, lets you savor a joyful moment by the lake.
Lunch at La Table du Palafitte - Brasserie with a view
From Monday to Saturday at lunchtime, enjoy the weekly menu (starter–main–dessert) at CHF 54, renewed each week and served in under an hour, for a quick and satisfying gourmet break.
The rest of the à la carte menu features seasonal dishes and classic favorites, all with a beautiful view over the lake.
Dinner at La Table du Palafitte - Culinary variations
In the evening, let yourself be delighted by the degustation menu, a culinary experience carefully crafted by the Chef and his team, accompanied by a wine pairing selected by our sommelier, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of the moment.
Choices include the degustation menu as well as à la carte options.
Gourmet brunch at La Table du Palafitte
Bathed in the soft, soothing light of the lake, La Table du Palafitte is filled with a farandole of flavours every Sunday for Brunch. Chef Ludovic Pigeat's brigade has mastered the art of putting local specialities, classics and more substantial dishes in the spotlight.
Comfortably seated facing the exceptional lakeside scenery, the idea is to take the time to enjoy the generous buffets.
