On May 8 and 9, 2026, the canton celebrates its wines during the Neuchâtel Open Cellars weekend. On this occasion, Hôtel Palafitte invites you to enjoy a getaway between lake, vineyards and countryside.
Settle into a Lakeside Pavilion overlooking Lake Neuchâtel and let the weekend unfold as you discover the region’s wine estates. Upon arrival, a half-bottle of local wine awaits you in your pavilion, a first invitation to savour the flavours of the Neuchâtel terroir.
To explore the surrounding landscapes at your own pace, electric bikes are available: cycle along the lake, ride through the vineyards or follow the scenic paths linking villages and hillsides.
