With the arrival of spring, the light softens, the lake Neuchâtel comes alive, and Easter naturally finds its place at Hôtel Palafitte.

For a moment suspended in time, gather with family by the water and enjoy an Easter brunch specially imagined by the teams at La Table du Palafitte. In a soothing atmosphere, shaped by the reflections of the lake and the first signs of the new season, everyone is invited to savour the moment at their own pace.

The buffets celebrate the generosity of spring: breads and pastries, cheeses and charcuterie, smoked fish, local produce, and a selection of hot and cold specialities crafted by our Chef.

A suspended moment of indulgence and springtime softness, to be shared simply, facing the lake Neuchâtel.
