Your Thursday rendezvous

Every Thursday from 5:00 pm, Hôtel Palafitte invites you to extend the day in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Afterwork becomes a moment of relaxation by the lake, accompanied by music, cocktails from the bar, and a selection of sharing platters and appetizers created by the Chef.

Take a seat, let the atmosphere unfold, and simply enjoy the moment.

Throughout the season, four special evenings will enrich these weekly gatherings, combining exceptional craftsmanship, discoveries, and sensory pleasures at the heart of Hôtel Palafitte.

2026 Program

 

March 26 – Watchmaking with Watch Explorer
An afterwork evening dedicated to watchmaking, featuring an introductory workshop, discovery of a mechanical movement, and a convivial atmosphere.

June 11 – Champagne Evening
An evening dedicated to champagne, with sparkling bubbles, a convivial atmosphere, and the pleasure of sharing a refined moment.

November 20 – The Winemakers
A festive evening featuring a seasonal menu, exceptional wine tastings, and the opportunity to meet winemakers from the Neuchâtel region.

December 4 & 5 – Christmas Market
A magical atmosphere with artisanal treats, local creations, and festive spirit.
