An enchanted Christmas… an occasion not to be missed

Warm and cosy inside the hotel, Hôtel Palafitte welcomes the festive season with its traditional Christmas Market, inviting you to (re)discover regional flavours and the craftsmanship of local artisans.

Stalls to discover:

• Absinthe, an emblematic local spirit, reveals its distinctive aromas
• Tea and chocolate bring a comforting touch
• Fine pastries showcase delicate and inspired creations
• Cheese and bread celebrate the richness of the region
• Wine and liqueurs highlight the expertise of Neuchâtel producers
• Syrups offer fruity and natural flavours
• Jewellery, ceramics and handmade creations showcase regional craftsmanship

Special Christmas Menu – Friday, 4 December

La Table du Palafitte presents a special Christmas menu created by Chef Pigeat, priced at CHF 70.00 per person. The perfect opportunity to extend your experience at Hôtel Palafitte!

Friends & Family Atmosphere – Saturday, 5 December

La Table du Palafitte embraces the festive spirit and transforms into a chic and cosy «Guinguette» setting. The Chef Pigeat and his brigade will serve a delicious selection of savoury and sweet treats, creating a convivial gourmet experience from 11am to 5pm.

Entertainment on Friday & Saturday:

• Live music accompanies visitors throughout both days

For children on Saturday:

• Creative activities by Moua
• A pastry workshop at Hôtel Palafitte
• A visit from Saint Nicholas at 2:30pm
